Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of The Fruit Factory, their immediate families, or anyone professionally associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
2. How to Enter: To enter, participants must scan the QR code and complete the entry form with their details. Only one entry per person is permitted.
3. Competition Period: The competition opens on 20th March 2025 and closes at 23rd March 2025. Entries submitted after this time will not be counted.
4. Prize: One winner will receive a Fruit Factory backpack filled with snacks and branded merchandise. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative.
5. Winner Selection & Notification: The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries and contacted via the details provided on the form. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, The Fruit Factory reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6. Postal Address Collection: The winner must provide their postal address by 4th April 2025 to receive their prize. Failure to do so may result in forfeiting the prize.
7. Data Protection: Any personal data provided will be used solely for the administration of this competition and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
8. General: The Fruit Factory reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
